Our lemongrass soap is made with saponified oils of olive, coconut, almond, castor with organic shea and organic cocoa butter and poppy seeds with natural exfoliation. Scented with CPTG lemongrass essential oil.

No fragrances, no nasties and no palm oil! All of our soaps are scented with essential oils only and coloured with clay.
 
***Lemongrass essential oil is grown and harvested by small-scale farmers in Southern India. It is harvested by hand and due to its profitable income, it allows farmers to own and work less land for just as much income as they would growing huge feilds of wheat and corn. Lemongrass is purifying and toning and is often found in skincare for these benefits***

I am so excited to share that we almost use 100% certified pure therapeutic grade essential oils in my soaps! These new oils are ethically sourced through co-impact sourcing, protecting the environment and farmers from all over the world. Through purchasing these oils I am supporting developing communities to have access to basic needs such as fresh water and schooling and a sustainable income to support their whanau.
This is something that is really important to me and has taken a while to adjust to the different quantities needed but I am so proud that we have successfully made the switch! It is amazing how much the smell has changed too, especially with the lavender and tea tree options.
